Candidate Profile:

• Have at least 6 months+ year Strong experience with OPT requirements in the US Recruitment area(IT & Non IT)
• Have experience in using US based Recruitment portals (Monster, Dice etc)
• Have the fire to learn new topics/areas
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Have basic understanding of Computers (must)
• Have superior verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range: Best remuneration in IT industry + Excellent Incentives schemes

Shift Timings: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM (Sat & Sun off)

Requirement Candidate must be Organized, Punctual with excellent communication skills. The ability to work as part of a team. He /she would be working on various requirements that you receive from the Manager. He/she would be responsible for the entire Recruitment Cycle this would include

• Understanding client requirements
• Procuring Leads / Candidates for the requirements quickly
• Maintaining a pipeline of available candidates
• Managing a database of candidate profiles
• Managing the entire recruitment process
• He/she would be working in night shift ( as per US timing) and you will have FIVE WORKING DAYS – WEEKLY OFF ON SATURDAY & SUNDAY.
